For Linux users, the options so far have been to use Outlook Web Access (OWA) light version with limited capabilities, or use virtualization either on the computer or a separate server to run a separate Outlook or IE client for calendar intaraction in Exchange environments.

Here are the steps required to use an Exchange 2007 or newer calendar with Thunderbird:

1. Install at least Thunderbird 3.0. Windows users can download it here, Linux users should use their distribution repositories if possible (like apt-get install thunderbird or yum install thunderbird)
2. Install the lightning calendar plugin. Again, linux users should first check their repositories.
   • If you need a 64 bit version for Linux, there’s a contributed build.
3. Install the provider for Microsoft Exchange plugin
   1. In Thunderbird, choose “Tools / Add Ons”, then “Install..” and pick the downloaded file
   2. Restart Thunderbird
4. Open the calendar, on the left under the “Home” entry, right click and choose “New Calendar..”
5. Choose “On the Network”, then “Microsoft Exchange” and type the string in this form: https://domain\youracc@mail.server.fi/EWS/Exchange.asmx
   • For example, if my exchange mail server is at mails.company.fi, and my user domain is comp and username tester, I’d use the url https://comp\tester@mails.company.fi/EWS/Exchange.asmx

先前就已經接獲線報全球首款四核平板 Transformer Prime 將於今年12月起在多個地區陸續問世，而最新消息讓這個線報更加真實了。來自 Asus 發言人對外聲明指出，Transformer Prime 已確定多個地區的上市時間，台灣慶幸成為首發地區，今天於台灣正式發售，而容量涵蓋 32GB 及 64GB 兩種，32GB 基本規格售價為 1,7900台幣(約 $4,591港元)；64GB 售價為 20,900台幣(約 $5,360港元)；若加上鍵盤的 32GB 版本售價則是 20,900台幣(約 $5,360港元)；64GB 售價為 23,900台幣(約 $ 6,130港元)。

至於香港地區也不用等太久，預計 Transformer Prime 亦可趕及在聖誕節期間前推出，而售價跟台版差不多。

《日本新聞網》報道，日本富士通公司將推出新型智慧手機『ARROWS F-07D』，它將超越摩托羅拉公司2周前推出的『Droid RAZR』手機，成為全球最薄智能手機。這款手機的厚度僅6.7mm，比『Droid RAZR』還要薄0.3mm。

富士通公司稱，這款全球最薄手機將於明年1月，由日本的NTTDOCOMO通訊公司銷售。
